Solskjaer's job is in clear danger as Zidane opens up for the job

Solskjaer’s job is in clear danger at United, Ole has faced tougher pressure in the last few days being challenged by critics who thinks he is not good enough to keep the Manchester United job.

In the first half against Atalanta at Old Trafford, it was obviously telling on his face, the manager is facing a lot of pressure from different angles while he is faced with the task of winning games and gaining trust among his squad.

Solskjaer knows these might be his last games as a Manchester United manager. At the moment even Cristiano Ronaldo is not careful enough to keep playing under Ole, he clearly wants an ideal manager.

Meanwhile, the game against Atalanta was not a victory because of Ole’s managerial expertise, it was won by the player’s individual decisions to save Solskjaer and the club more embarrassments.

Against Atalanta, Ronaldo was the only player who actually attempted to make a difference in the first 30 minutes which saw United already 2 goals behind at home.

Next sunday, a defeat at home against Liverpool will most likely claim Ole’s job. Ronaldo could use a manager like Zidane to help him get back the prestige he’s lost over the last 12 months.

In recent weeks, Manchester United have had the most unexpected results as the squad keeps struggling to find its footing in every tournament.

While the players are doing their best on the pitch, it is apparent Ole don’t have what it takes to bring out the most from the squad.

Cristiano has been at the top of his game upon his return to Old trafford, he is already adapted to the team style of play and is bringing his influence into every game with the hope that United can get back to the victory road.

The game against Liverpool FC will be Ronaldo’s 301st match as a United player. Ole is clearly under pressure to come out with victory in the game or risk loosing his job.
