Rangnick names one new player he will include in Man United squad

Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has affirmed that he is fully aware of the talent youngster Hannibal Mejbri possesses.

The veteran German football manager said he is keen to include the youngster in his plans at Old Trafford.

Rangnick is understood to have been working hard with the younger players since his appointment.

So far, one talented youngster who is yet to get any minutes this season is midfielder Mejbri.

Rangnick is excited by what he has seen so far in the youngster and has made his plans to include him in his matchday squads for the remainder of the season public.

“We had 25 players in on Thursday and the only one missing was Paul Pogba,” Rangnick told reporters on Friday.

“Hannibal was here training for the first time since I arrived having just come back from the Arab Cup.

“Unfortunately for us and for him, he will be missing out [with us] again in January because of the Africa Cup of Nations.

“I watched the final before his substitution and I’m fully aware that we have another good, highly-talented player coming from our youth ranks and hopefully after the Africa Cup of Nations he can regularly train and be part of our group.”
