‘Why I had to bench Bruno Fernandes against Wolves’ – Rangnick explains situation

Rangnick explains situation

“Leaving [Bruno] Fernandes out was a tough decision to make,” Ralf Rangnick told MUTV ahead of facing Wolves.

“He is one of our most important creative players, but we played well against Burnley, so stayed with the same formation we played against them.”

The Manchester United attacking midfielder missed out in the clash against Burnley due to suspension and was on the bench against Wolves on Monday.

It was quite unfortunate for the Red Devils as the only registered one shot on target in their first game for the year. Beginning the year with a loss at home is not a good story to tell.
