Manchester United has joined the race to sign Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, this is as per The Independent.
The German international will be out of contract with the Blues at the end of the season and has attracted interest from some of the top clubs from across Europe.
Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur have all reportedly shown interest in the defender and United are now said to have joined the chase.
However, United’s chances appear slim, with the report adding that Rudiger himself “would prefer to move abroad if new terms cannot be agreed with Chelsea”.
