Frank Lampard Makes His First Signing For Everton After Becoming Their Manager

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Everton have beaten Crystal Palace to ‘reach an agreement’ with Manchester United over signing Donny van de Beek on loan for the rest of the season.

The transfer deadline is tomorrow (January 31), meaning the paperwork will have to be finalized before that. The Toffees have agreed to pay the midfielder’s full wages.

Fabrizio understands that Crystal Palace are still trying to ‘persuade’ Donny to join them. From the report, it’s clear that the choice is between the two clubs is solely down to the Dutchman.
