In view of the match on Sunday, when the two superstars Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah go against each other, Klopp had compared the 5 times Ballon d’Or winner to the Egyptian king of soccer.
However, in response to Klopp’s comparison, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is completely not comfortable with it, the manager vote goes to Ronaldo insisting that he’ll always back Cristiano in any competition.
Cristiano Ronaldo has continued to find the back of the net with ease since he made a comeback to England. In just nine appearances the Portuguese skipper has scored six goals in all competitions in 2021-22.
On the other hand Mohamed Salah has been amazing and quite prolific at the goal. He has been in sensational form this season with an impressive 12 goals and four assists in 11 appearances for Liverpool.
Sunday will have the two superstars go up against each other at Old Trafford. Apparently Liverpool is favorite to come out victorious as the team has been in form and have gone unbeaten in their eight league games.
Meanwhile, the Manchester united squad are yet to find themselves in the league as the literally struggle to get pass each game, however, the team have undisputed great fighting spirit.

While speaking at the pre-match press conference Solskjaer had this to say about the comparison between Ronaldo and Salah
“I’ll always back Cristiano in any competition,”
“He’s unique. His goalscoring record is incredible and he just keeps on scoring.
“That being said, Salah, at the moment, he’s on fire. You see some of the goals he’s scored lately. We know we have to be at our best to defend against him.
“You know, players like this don’t come around very often and we have to enjoy them from afar, not on Sunday, that’s too close for me.”
