Barcelona are willing to go into a swap deal with Manchester United in a bid to bring in a new forward during the January transfer window.
Already, Xavi has identified a number of options across the Premier League, with Man United’s forwards Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani considered to be top priority.
According to reports by SPORT, Barcelona dispatched CEO Ferran Reverter and football director Mateu Alemany to Manchester last week to discuss their interest in those players with Manchester club.
Also, Barcelona has reportedly offered former Liverpool playmaker Coutinho as part of a deal to lower United’s asking price for those respective players.
However, United has indicated they want a full fee up front for any player who would consider the move.
